Who we are

For any questions about this policy or how your information is handled, contact us at hello@mentorspro.com.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you, deliver our services, and improve how this site works. Specifically:
Information you give us directly
- Application form submissions. When you complete the program application form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, role, organization, and your responses to questions about your interest in the program.
- Scheduling. When you click "Connect with Us" and book a time through Calendly, you provide your name, email, and any answers to questions Calendly asks. We receive this information from Calendly when you complete a booking.
- Email correspondence. If you email us directly, we keep the contents of your message, your email address, and our reply on file.
Information collected automatically
- Standard web logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data — IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps — used to keep the site secure and operational.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Third-party services we use (described in section 4) may set cookies in your browser to remember your session, measure traffic, or attribute ad performance.
We do not collect any sensitive personal information — financial details, government IDs, health data, or precise location — through this website. Payment for the program, when applicable, is handled separately through a secure invoicing process.
How we use your information
The information you share is used only for the purposes you would reasonably expect:
- To respond to your inquiry, schedule a conversation, or process your program application
- To send you information you've requested about the book, the program, or related events
- To deliver services you've enrolled in — coaching, programs, or supervision
- To improve the site, our marketing, and the relevance of our communications
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights
We will never sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with anyone except the service providers listed below, and only to the extent they need it to operate the tools we use.
Third-party services we use
This website integrates with the following third-party tools. Each has its own privacy policy that governs how it handles data.
- HubSpot — powers our application form and stores your submissions in our customer relationship system. HubSpot privacy policy.
- Calendly — handles meeting scheduling when you click "Connect with Us." Calendly privacy policy.
- Netlify — hosts the website and records standard server logs. Netlify privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — serves the fonts used on this site. Google may receive your IP address when fonts are loaded. Google privacy policy.
- Amazon — when you click the "Buy on Amazon" button, you are taken to Amazon's website, governed by Amazon's own policies. Amazon privacy notice.
- LinkedIn (if we run ads) — may set tracking cookies to measure ad performance and offer remarketing. LinkedIn privacy policy.

- Application form data: for up to three years from your last interaction with us, so we can follow up on programs and cohorts you've expressed interest in.
- Client and engagement records: for the duration of our professional relationship plus seven years, to comply with U.S. business and tax requirements.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@mentorspro.com.
How we protect your information
We take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect the information you share with us. Our website is served over HTTPS, the third-party services we use are reputable and security-certified, and access to personal information within MentorsPro is limited to those who need it.
No system is perfectly secure. In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
